This scale has a very sleek and simple design which looks flawless and pleasing to eyes. It's made of tough clear glass front panel on a hard plastic white colour body. There are 4 rectangular brushed steal sensors and LED screen to show your weight. It also comes with 4 AAA batteries.
This scale looks pretty solid and hard wearing compare to 2 other weighing scales I have.
One of the main feature of this scale is that you can wirelessly connect It to an app "1byone wellness". Simply turn Bluetooth setting on your phone and app and it will automatically connect and transmit your weight on your phone and automatically calculate your body fat, water, bone, muscle, BMI , BMR composition and if you are thin, healthy, overweight or obese. The info section has the chart which shows the ideal ranges for all the parameters mentioned above. Apparently this scale has really helped me understand true state of my physical health and I hope I will take steps to improve my health using this scale.
In order to measure your weight you just needs to step on it and it automatically measures it and send the information to the wellness APP. The app then measures other parameters such as your BMI, body fat and muscle mass etc using the information about your weight and gender which you input in the app.
The app records your weight and BMI as a graph or list so you can refer back to that data and compare any changes in your weight and BMI. You can view your weight and height in matrix (kg and meter) or imperial system (pounds and feet) in the app. You can also transfer your data to integrated health app on your phone.
